Fabulous sauce, perfect with fish & chips or chicken bites.
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
3 egg yolks
2 limes, juiced
Large pinch of sea salt
1 cup olive oil
2 tbsp Maleny Cuisine Sweet Chilli and Ginger Sauce
1 tsp Buderim Ginger Whipped Ginger
To make aioli: Place garlic, egg yolks, 4 tablespoons lime juice and sea salt in a food processor. Process until well combined. With the motor running, slowly add oil until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Add sweet chilli and ginger sauce and whipped ginger, and combine. Transfer to a bowl. Cover the surface with plastic wrap. Refrigerate to let flavours blend.
