Ginger Nut Biscuit Dessert

A simple dessert that can be thrown together so easily.

Mix one small container of cream cheese with 70 grams of sour cream and 100 grams of Ginger Lemon & Lime Marmalade. Or add a little icing sugar for more sweetness if you like.

Serve on top of a crispy Gingernut biscuit with any fruit you desire, for a fabulous end to any meal.

Also the perfect accompaniment to tea & coffee, or as a quick snack anytime.
